Tickets are earned, never bought. They go into the weekly grail raffle or the allocation ballot for a drop.

The weekly grail raffle
One sealed grail, drawn every Sunday. Enter as many tickets as you like — each one is an entry.
The allocation ballot
On an allocated drop, tickets buy ballot entries for a unit instead of racing the queue.
Tickets expire four weeks after they are earned, oldest first.
